Transition Management Directorate

• To Prepare drafts of the necessary regulations
• To Prepare Organization and Management (Work Description) along with the Organization Structure.
• To allocate/divide assets and liabilities between the regulatory body and the service‑providing institution.
• To acquire the required soft/hard copy documents from all directorates/departments.
• To collect opinions and suggestions on required basis by inviting the directorates/departments/divisions /projects as required.
• To obtain information and data by visiting offices on required basis.
• To Arrange necessary infrastructure and budget (as per headings) for the operation of the directorate
• To Submit a progress report to the Director General every 15 days
• To hold meetings with the Top Management Team as per requirement, report accordingly, and submit the final report.
• To Study the best practices of other Contracting States and adopt them as needed.
• To Prepare HR Management Plan specifying the qualifications and capabilities of the required human resources in the Authority.
• To prepare the regulations and guidelines by collecting opinions and suggestions from stakeholders, including professional organizations and employees active in the Authority.
• Other financial and administrative authorities shall be exercised as specified.
